SHIPPING POLICY

Our small team hand picks all orders and we do our best to have them packed and shipped within 7 business days from the initial order date, although most will be with in 3 to 4 days.

*Orders placed during sales and promotions will be subject to a longer processing and shipping time.

Due to high shipping costs, we are unable to ship outside of Canada or continental United States at this time.

All pricing is shown and processed in Canadian Dollars and do not included taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, a sales tax (where applicable) will be added to the order total. 

Please note - potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control may cause increased processing times.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $X flat rate shipping to [list countries]. 

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within the Claresholm area (T0L0T0 postal code). For orders under $50, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 5:00 to 7:00 on Monday and Thursday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Claresholm location, 128 49th Ave W, Claresholm AB, T0L0T0. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we will try our best to have your order ready within 24 hours after purchase. These times may be effected by weekends and statutory holidays. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday and 11:00 to 3:00 Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Due to high shipping costs, we are unable to ship outside of Canada or continental United States at this time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@prairiehome.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@prairiehome.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
